Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and experience with email marketing? We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can lead our email campaigns for clients and our marketing strategy for online recruiting.
What You'll Do
- Manage marketing/advertising strategies for talent acquisition using platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
- Create email marketing programs and campaigns, including segmentation, testing, deployment, reporting, and analysis.
- Seek out and implement new methods, platforms, and appropriate lead sources for talent acquisition marketing
- Manage the marketing automation platform (ActiveCampaign) and develop strategies for its use.
- Maintain marketing automation integration with other programs and software.
- Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to marketing team.
- Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rate, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.
- Support essential marketing operations initiatives, such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.
- Demonstrated experience with visual storytelling, dashboarding, and reporting
- Package and present analytical findings and communicate (both written and verbal) complex concepts to internal stakeholders and partners
- Work closely with the VP of Digital Marketing to support strategic initiatives
- Create presentations, reports, and other materials as needed
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned
- Collaborate with the finance team to submit marketing expenses and track investments
Requirements
Education/Experience and Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred)
- Experience with talent acquisition/recruiting platforms and techniques
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as AcitveCampaign, Eloqua, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact
- Solid knowledge of email best practices and compliance
- Expert knowledge of database management
- Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
