About the Job

As an Employee Relations Expert/Manager, you will lead a team of ER/HR Advisors, providing expert guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Working closely with HR Business Partners and leadership, you'll be the go-to person for managing complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment law, and championing best practices across the organisation.

Duties will include:

Managing and mentoring the ER/HR Advisory team to deliver exceptional support.
Handling escalated ER/HR queries and ensuring effective resolution.
Designing, reviewing, and enhancing HR processes and policies in line with legislation.
Supporting the delivery of training initiatives to meet business needs.
Analysing and presenting HR data to drive informed decisions.
Providing expertise on internal complaints and employee relations cases.
Building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Leading on HR projects, including those related to acquisitions.
Data reporting and manipulation.

About the Successful Applicant

You will have a proven ability to lead and inspire teams, coupled with deep expertise in employment law and its practical application within a professional services setting. Exceptional communication and analytical skills are essential, as is a Chartered CIPD qualification. Advanced proficiency in MS Office and HRIS reporting will set you apart, along with a talent for working under pressure with precision and professionalism. ✨
