The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help shape our future growth. This role is pivotal to taking the business to the next level.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is autonomous, resilient, self-motivated, and possesses exceptional leadership skills. A strong focus on business development, coupled with a relentless drive to deliver results, is key to succeeding in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with a supportive team to share insights and achieve results.
Lead by example, mentor team members, and contribute to business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
Develop robust candidate networks.
Leverage networking and marketing strategies, including social media, to attract top talent.
Manage budgets and targets while achieving placements of your own.
Work closely with the Director to develop strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements

Extensive experience as an agency recruiter.
A proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering results above budget.
Strong sales and business development capabilities.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining a high-performing recruitment desk.
Natural leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
A genuine desire to make a meaningful impact on the success of the business.

What We Offer

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + Superannuation
Lucrative, uncapped commission structure
Work-from-home (WFH) flexibility – must be based in Newcastle or the Hunter Valley
100% Work from home, with face to face meetings with candidates and clients when needed

The Principal Recruitment Consultant will report directly to the Director.
