Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
Address employee relations, grievances, and other HR-related issues.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Support business needs through effective talent management and retention strategies.
Create and monitor HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation.
Cultivate a positive working environment and oversee performance appraisal systems.
Maintain pay plans and benefits programs.
Identify and address training needs, overseeing training programs.
Provide decision support to management through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices.
Support line managers in performance management processes.
Oversee leave processes and staff exit procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Profound knowledge of HR principles, employment legislation, and best practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant software applications.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, evolving work environment.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
