About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join as a Talent Acquisition Partner, responsible for recruiting top talent and ensuring our company attracts, hires, and maintains a strong talent pipeline. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to join a fast growing technology company, and is an energetic self-starter who is eager to get their hands dirty helping us scale the talent organization.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute full-cycle recruiting for various business departments, junior to senior job levels, and offices leveraging expertise in sourcing, assessing, and closing top talent
Advertise open jobs and post them on various job boards and social media channels
Conduct proactive candidate sourcing
Sort and screen candidate resumes
Schedule virtual and in person interviews
Process position requisitions and process all applications, resumes, and internal job postings
Utilize, maintain and update ATS to track applicants and improve existing processes
Address candidate questions and assist them with the interview process
Ensure a positive candidate experience
Provide insights on Talent Attraction function (funnel, sources, conversion, retention)

Qualifications

BA/BS
3-5+ years of experience in sourcing applicants for SaaS companies for positions including, marketing, sales, and customer success (engineering and product is a plus)
Experience with Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Suite preferred
Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done and then doing it
Experience in recruiting for fast growing SaaS organizations
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
Strong communication skills
