Responsibilities

Develop and implement initiatives that strengthen company culture and align with our core values.
Drive internal communication strategies, ensuring employees are informed and engaged.
Organize team-building activities, events, and recognition programs to enhance collaboration and morale.
Act as a culture ambassador, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Gather employee feedback and insights to continuously improve workplace experience.
Work closely with leadership to ensure cultural alignment across teams.
Create and manage content for internal newsletters, updates, and community platforms.

Expertise

5+ years of experience in corporate culture, internal communications, or employee engagement.
Experience in IT, tech, or digital companies is a plus.
Strong understanding of organizational behavior and team dynamics.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Creative and proactive mindset with a passion for building vibrant work cultures.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving startup environment.
