Job Summary

This role supports the Group CHRO in developing talent and organizational capabilities to drive sustainable growth and high-performance culture. The position involves conceptualizing, designing, and implementing talent management and leadership development frameworks, including assessment, succession planning, competency-based programs, and change management strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and talent retention.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop talent and leadership capabilities aligned with strategic goals.
Provide insights on best-in-class talent management practices and address critical business needs.
Implement effective talent assessment methodologies for leadership placements.
Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and talent calibration processes.
Design and deliver learning and development solutions tailored to business needs.
Lead change management efforts to support talent and leadership initiatives.
Manage talent pipeline, governance, and mobility across functions and businesses.
Develop and implement a Leadership Development Framework for emerging and experienced leaders.
Utilize talent analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and inform talent strategies.
Champion diversity and inclusion in talent management initiatives.
Manage vendor partnerships for impactful and cost-effective service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development, HR, or related fields.
Minimum 10 years of experience in talent management and organizational development.
Proven expertise in leadership development, talent frameworks, and succession planning.
Strong background in program design, facilitation, and data-driven decision-making.
