Join the WeVote Movement as a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Project Manager!

WeVote has an opening for 1 Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Project Manager, aimed at supporting the Talent Acquisition/Recruiting team. This is a volunteer role, requiring between 5-10 hours of time per week. You will have the opportunity to help lead a team of volunteer Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Specialists, & more.

Our ideal volunteer is passionate about politics and excited to use technology to educate voters and increase voter turnout. Therefore, an ideal volunteerTalent Acquisition/Recruiting Project Manageris also passionate about politics and wants to use those skills to guide and support theTalent Acquisition/Recruiting Project Managerteam at WeVote.

What You'll Do:

Help coordinate processes & tasks within theTalent Acquisition/Recruiting team
RunTalent Acquisition/Recruiting team meetings 2 times per month
Attend our Introduction Webinar 1-2times per month to capture attendees, support Q&A, and help ensure a great event experience for potential volunteers
Track hiring statistics across various teams
Support theTalent Acquisition/Recruiting team in answering questions, providing additional task support, and advising
Assist with variousTalent Acquisition/Recruiting projects and initiatives

Who you are: Must haves.

You are an experienced Talent Acquisition/Recruiting professional with 1+ years of experience OR
You are a recent college graduate who has an interest in a career inTalent Acquisition/Recruiting
You want to work with an established and successful team
You are committed to strengthening American Democracy
You are striving for personal excellence, and want to do meaningful work that will make a difference
5-10hours per week, with at least 1-2 hours available during business hours
You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
You are currently located in the US
Prior experience working remotely
