We are a team of around 70 employees, with offices in Belgium, Spain, Tunisia, and Madagascar. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a People & Culture Manager to elevate our culture, performance, and career development initiatives.

Your Mission

As our People & Culture Manager, you will be at the forefront of building a thriving culture, driving performance excellence, and leading career management initiatives. You will report directly to the CEO and lead a team of two People professionals, ensuring that our people initiatives align with Sortlist’s vision.

Your role is to create an environment where employees feel engaged, empowered, and supported - while also ensuring managers have the tools to drive high performance.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & People Roadmap

Manage and mentor a team of two People professionals, ensuring smooth HR operations
Collaborate with leadership to align People initiatives with business goals

Company Culture

Champion Sortlist’s culture, ensuring it evolves with our growth while staying true to our values, and drive engagement initiatives
Lead change management efforts, supporting teams through growth and transformation

Performance Management & Growth

Enhance and execute our performance management framework, ensuring fairness and transparency
Equip managers with tools and training to set clear expectations and provide impactful feedback

Career Management & Talent Development

Lead talent reviews, ensuring structured, actionable feedback that drives employee development
Ensure career paths are well-implemented and adapted as Sortlist scales
Support managers in career planning, succession planning, and professional growth discussions

Who We’re Looking For

We need someone who is both strategic and hands-on, passionate about culture, performance, and career growth, that ensures our people initiatives drive business results:

At least 3 years of managerial experience & 6 years in HR, People & Culture, Talent Development, or Organizational Development
Strong background in performance management, culture building, employee engagement, and career development
Experience working with international teams
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
Fluent in English & ideally in French
