Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of HR to join our growing team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing the culture of Flexcompute. You will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our rapid growth, innovation-driven ethos, and vision for the future. Your work will directly impact the company’s ability to attract, retain, and engage top talent while fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. You will work closely with our Co-Founders to support our ambitious goals and help build a culture that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Role Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that align with Flexcompute’s vision and rapid growth trajectory.
Cultivate and nurture a strong company culture that celebrates innovation, creativity, and collaboration.
Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure that HR practices and policies support business objectives and scaling efforts.
Provide leadership in talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and employee engagement.
Build programs that attract top-tier talent from a wide range of disciplines, ensuring diversity and inclusion remain core values.
Advise and support leadership on all people-related issues, ensuring a positive, productive, and transparent workplace.
Drive organizational development initiatives to optimize team performance and ensure a smooth transition as we scale.
Manage employee relations, compensation, benefits, and retention strategies to ensure Flexcompute remains a top destination for talent.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and leadership development throughout the organization.

Requirements

10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record of building and scaling HR practices in innovative technology companies.
Extensive experience in company culture building, particularly in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development.
Experience working closely with executive leadership teams to align HR strategies with business goals.
Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing HR teams while also being a hands-on leader in all aspects of HR operations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence employees at all levels.
Deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within technology-driven, entrepreneurial environments.
A passion for creating a workplace where people can thrive and grow.
College Degree

Preferred Skills

Experience in the technology sectors is a plus.
