The Senior Talent Acquisition Executive will play a critical role in driving the talent acquisition strategy across multiple entities within Singapore. This role involves partnering with business leaders, HR teams, and hiring managers to attract and recruit top talent aligned with the company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the talent market in Singapore, possess strong relationship-building skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to sourcing and recruiting diverse talent.

What you will do:

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with business goals and workforce planning needs.
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Source, attract, and recruit high-caliber candidates using a variety of channels, including direct sourcing, job boards, social media, networking and others.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles within the region.
Partner with HRBP, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment advice and support.
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.
Facilitate regular communication and updates with stakeholders on the progress of recruitment efforts.
Promote the company’s employer brand across the region to attract top talent.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
Organize and participate in job fairs, university partnerships, and other talent attraction events.
Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
Analyze and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
Champion diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process, ensuring diverse candidate pools and unbiased hiring practices.
Implement strategies to attract underrepresented groups within the talent pool.

What you will need:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with a focus on end to end recruitment.
Proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with local labor laws and employment regulations in the region.
