UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. This role will design and provide strategic HR solutions to support business strategies and objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties

Design and provide strategic HR solutions to support business strategies and objectives
Coach and support managers on HR processes/activities/tools (Performance management, salary reviews, talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation and benefits) in line with the Group’s policies, methodologies, guidelines, and service delivery model
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, talent management & development and exit process.
Drive HR initiatives to improve employee experience and retention
Provide managers with advisory relating to employee relations, best practices and legal compliance in HR matters
Manage employees’ HR queries and other HR related matters
Implement and communicate HR policies and processes in the assigned business units
Proactively promote and build relationships, trust and open communication at all levels
Lead / support in local HR initiatives & engagement activities including employer branding and key people & culture activities
Any other responsibilities that might be assigned as required

Minimum qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or Business Management or equivalent
At least 3 years of HRBP experience
Good knowledge on local government regulations and employment act
