WysePower, part of the RSK Group , are looking to appoint a HR Manager on a permanent basis. This role will be based out of the Manchester office.

WysePower are the leading provider of temporary site services to the construction company. Approximately 280 employees across 6 main regions in the UK – Glasgow, Manchester, Leeds, West Midlands, Bristol, London and the Northeast. Plus a depot in the Netherlands covering sites in Europe.

Responsibilities:

Managing all HR and payroll functions across the UK
Ensuring compliance with current regulations
Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures
Supporting senior regional managers with recruitment and employee disputes
Implement learning and development policy

Person Specification

CIPD qualified
Ideally experience in the construction industry
Excellent knowledge of employment law
Ability to work alone and make independent decisions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Salary and Benefits

£50,000 - £55,000 pa
Life assurance – three times salary after one year’s service
Holiday purchase scheme
Birthday holiday, after one year's service
