Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to the senior leadership team, including managing diaries, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings and events.
Assist in the seamless planning and execution of various HR initiatives and activities.
Handle a variety of HR cases, including providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
Take the lead on the recruitment process, from job postings and candidate shortlisting to scheduling interviews and facilitating panel discussions.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are consistently updated.
Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, offering professional advice on everyday HR matters under the guidance of the Director team.
Contribute to the successful implementation of key HR projects and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with current employment legislation and best HR practices.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in an HR or administrative role, with a solid understanding of HR functions.
CIPD Level 5 qualification or actively working towards it (Desirable)
Any HR related qualification (Desirable)
Strong ambition to develop professionally and deepen your expertise in HR.
Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Capable of juggling multiple priorities and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A proactive, adaptable mindset with a readiness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
