We are seeking a skilled legal professional to join a leading intellectual property (IP) and trademark law firm as a HR Assistant to support their dynamic HR team and contribute to the firm's continued success. As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with administrative and operational tasks. You will help ensure the smooth running of HR functions, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. This is a great role for someone seeking to develop their HR experience as well as have exposure to working within the legal field.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with HR policies, compliance, and documentation.
Coordinate training sessions and track employee development programs.
Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
Help organise HR-related events and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

About You:

Previous experience in an HR support role, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
