Summary:

Forsit is seeking a dynamic Influencer Partnership Manager to lead our efforts in securing exclusive deals with influencers and managing incoming client requests. The ideal candidate will excel in negotiating contracts, building strategic partnerships, and transforming opportunities into strategies that increase budget spending.

Key Responsibilities:

Secure exclusive contracts with influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Identify and engage with key influencers to maximize brand exposure and drive campaign success.
Manage incoming client requests, transforming opportunities into strategic initiatives.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance influencer relationships and increase budget allocation.
Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation to execution, ensuring all terms are met.
Provide post-campaign analysis to assess performance and refine future strategies.

What You Bring to It:

2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field.
Experience working at an influencer agency.
Proven track record of negotiating and securing exclusive contracts with influencers.
Strong understanding of the influencer landscape across major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage influencer relationships and client interactions.
Experience with influencer marketing CRM platforms.
Creative problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking to drive campaign success and budget growth.

Preferred:

Experience collaborating with high-profile celebrities and well-known influencers.
