About the Role
This isn't just about managing cases - it's about making an impact. You'll be the go-to expert, guiding managers and colleagues through case management, developing and delivering content, to evolving our policies and handling key legal processes, you'll be at the heart of it all.

You will:

Provide expert guidance on ER matters, ensuring fair and commercial solutions.

Partner confidently with our businesses, collaborating with colleagues across teams.

Coach and empower managers to lead effectively and resolve ER issues.

Support and mentor our Managers & wider teams, developing training and learning materials to build internal ER capability.
Manage responses to data subject access requests in line with legal deadlines.

Keep policies updated and create practical toolkits to support best practices.

Support TUPE and redundancy consultations.

Contribute to people-focused projects to enhance service delivery and employee experience.

About You
You're an approachable and confident HR professional with passion for Employee Relations with strong knowledge of UK employment law, eager to make an impact. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while providing empathetic, commercially sound advice.

We're looking for:

A team player with a pragmatic and people focused approach.

Proven experience managing complex ER cases independently.

Background in a multi-site business, advising on employment law risks and compliance.

Experience in coaching and upskilling managers in best practices.

CIPD Level 3 qualification (desirable).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Hybrid working - Expectation to be in our Bloomsbury office at least two days per week, with some travel to other business locations as required.
