Metric Search is looking for a Lead Talent Consultant to drive our internal recruitment efforts and attract the next generation of recruitment professionals to our London team. You will have worked in Talent or Internal Recruitment for at least 2 years in a recruitment or sales environment.

The Role

As a Lead Talent Consultant , you will:

✔️ Own and execute the full recruitment lifecycle for sales early-career hires (graduates, trainees, entry-level recruiters).

✔️ Develop and implement innovative talent attraction strategies , including campus recruitment, networking events, and digital campaigns.

✔️ Act as a brand ambassador for Metric Search, positioning us as the employer of choice for aspiring recruiters.

✔️ Conduct interviews, assessment days, and hiring initiatives to identify top potential.

✔️ Collaborate with leadership and training teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

✔️ Analyse recruitment data and trends to continuously improve hiring strategies .

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), preferably with exposure to early-career or graduate hiring.

A strong understanding of talent attraction, assessment, and employer branding .

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

A proactive, people-focused mindset with a passion for developing future talent .

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
