The People Partner will report to the People Head for UK & Europe and be responsible for providing HR support to the Experience Services team of Zensar Technologies. You will act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers and with the support from the central team be accountable for the end-to-end employee experience, including but not limited to, on/offboarding, employee engagement and retention, wellbeing, learning and development, employee relations, cyclical HR activities (e.g. goalsetting/annual appraisal, promotion, and salary review).

Main Responsibilities

Engagement: Manage and lead the employee engagement initiatives
Employee Relations: Provide advice and guidance to people managers on complex employee relations issues (e,g sick absence, redundancy, performance and discipline)
Payroll: Oversee the monthly payroll and benefits process with the HR Advisor and Finance department
Benefits Administration: Manage the UK Benefits Broker relationship. Review and make recommendations of changes to benefit providers at the time of the renewals.
Cyclical HR activities: Work with the wider HR team to implement and lead the cyclical HR processes, e.g goalsetting, mid-year and annual appraisal, promotions, development action plans, salary reviews, employee satisfaction survey, and talent processes.
Learning and Development: Liaise with the internal technical learning and L&OD team to create a learning schedule.
Wellbeing: With the HR Advisor, develop and implement the well-being programme within the business.
DEI: Work with the central team to create and implement DEI initiatives
Policies & Procedures: Create and maintain the policies and procedures
Line management: Responsible for the line management of an HR Advisor and oversee the support given to the team from the HR Support Services team.
HR Projects: Actively participate in cross-functional HR projects and create and implement agreed action plans.
HR Metrics/Employee Surveys: Participate in the analysis of key people metrics and the Employee Satisfaction Survey. Manager the creation implementation of an action plan to improve business performance and drive employee engagement.

Skills and Experience

A degree in HR or a related subject preferred.
CIPD qualified, desirable
Over three years’ generalist experience as an HR Manager / People Partner with a corporate background
Experience of providing HR support and advice to staff globally would be an advantage.
Experience of interpreting and applying employment law and best practices, sound judgement, and ability to find pragmatic solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to produce clear, concise written communications
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders
Demonstrated a people focus approach, with a pro-active, positive, action-orientated, and can-do attitude
Demonstrate strong organisational skills.
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple and sometimes conflicting tasks
