UK HR Director

Our client is a fast growth, leading European Asset Management business. As a result of ongoing international growth, the business is seeking to appoint a UK HR Director, based in UK.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in HR Business Partnering and Talent Management processes with a proven track record in a fast-paced, international, high-performance environment.

Role

Support the development of HR policies, procedures, and systems to support the growth of the UK business
Manage onboarding/offboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and professional development initiatives.
Contribute to developing and executing the group’s talent strategy to support the organisation’s growth.
Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and regulations.
Manage and drive strategic talent attraction and management policies.
Serve as a strategic and active contributor to the HR team, advising on HR best practices.
Contribute actively to diversity and inclusion initiatives
Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development
Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team
Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent

Profile

Minimum of 10 years in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a generalist HR role.
Experience in financial services, or professional services sectors is ideal.
Exposure to international HR topics or teams (in depth understanding of UK employment laws and regulation)
Proven experience in talent management, recruitment, organizational development,
Exceptional interpersonal, drive, ownership, leadership, and communication skills.
7+ years' of professional HR experience, ideally from a services oriented business, with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
