Join Riverflex's Talent & Community Team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Tech. We're seeking someone with expertise in tech hiring across product, data & analytics, engineering, and design, with a knack for client management in fast-paced environments.

In Your First 6 Months, You Will:

Collaborate with Riverflex leaders and clients to align hiring strategies with their goals.
Lead tech hiring for a range of Riverflex clients, ensuring they have the right talent to solve critical challenges.
Manage the full hiring cycle across Riverflex and client tech functions.
Contribute to strategic projects, including OKRs, employer branding, and process improvements.
Share insights on sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and other hiring essentials.

Compensation & Perks:

An annual gross base salary between 45-64k (depending on the experience and seniority level)
25 days off + a week at year-end, flexible work abroad (6 weeks/year), tech tools, annual trips, L&D Budget, and growth opportunities.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in tech hiring, especially across data & analytics, product, design, and engineering.
Consulting/professional services background with experience hiring for freelance/project-based roles.
Ability to balance big-picture strategy with detail-oriented execution.
Strong stakeholder management, including C-level engagement.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with AI and technology as collaborative tools.
