About the Company - Our client is a global consultancy offering financial risk management and treasury solution services to large corporate clients. This is a newly created role, based in the London office, and reporting to the COO, also based in London. The company has between 70-90 employees in offices in Asia, Europe and North America.

About the Role - You will be responsible for overseeing the complete employee lifecycle—from attracting quality candidates to onboarding, engagement, development, and retention.

Delivery on HR/Employee Engagement Metrics

Qualifications

10+ years’ experience in practical HR, recruitment and employee engagement roles
Proven success managing multiple workstreams to deliver a successful outcome
Resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to get things done
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to gain respect and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and managers
Confident with data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and identify areas for improvement
Coaching and mentoring capabilities to guide managers and develop talent
Comprehensive knowledge of multi-jurisdiction employment laws and international HR policies
Consulting industry experience would be advantageous as would international work experience.
