Role & Responsibilities:

Spearhead the full cycle of recruitment activities, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop company recruitment strategies.
Design job description and interview questions for each position’s requirements.
Maintain job advertisement on recruitment platforms and source potential candidates through various channels, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events.
Screen and select applicants, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Liaise with recruitment agencies and work closely with institutions for internship collaboration
Manage and maintain recruitment-related documentation, including offer letters and employment contracts.
Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and pipeline for future hiring needs.
Assist in employer branding initiatives, such as career fairs and social media campaigns, and attend recruitment events.
Work-pass related matters including application, follow-up, issuance, appeals, and to support areas of regulatory/MOM reporting.
Other HR-related matters.
