Fidarsi are partnering with a fast-growing digital asset firm at the forefront of blockchain and cryptocurrency innovation. As they scale, they are looking to expand their HR team and hire an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to report to the Head of HR, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people strategies.

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their people strategy, driving HR initiatives, and supporting leadership in fostering a high-performance culture. You will work closely with key stakeholders to implement talent management, employee relations, and organisational development strategies that align with their mission.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring a people-first approach.
Talent Management & Workforce Planning: Identify talent gaps, support recruitment strategies, and drive succession planning.
Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Culture & Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a strong and inclusive company culture.
HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices across multiple jurisdictions.
Learning & Development: Support career development frameworks, training programs, and leadership development.
Compensation & Benefits: Work with HR and finance teams to develop competitive compensation structures and benefits.
Change Management: Support organisational change initiatives and advise leaders on best practices.

Key Requirements

Experience: 5+ years in an HR Business Partner or similar role, ideally within financial services, tech, or digital assets.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of digital assets, blockchain, or fintech is a strong plus.
Skills:
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to influence and drive HR strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with HR systems, data analytics, and reporting.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred.
