Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to plan and execute publicity strategies for talent attraction initiatives, including internships and scholarship programs.
Develop and produce creative content (static visuals and videos) for recruitment marketing across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Conceptualize and create promotional materials for organizational development (OD) events and employer branding efforts.
Represent the organization at campus recruitment events and talent engagement programs to attract and engage potential candidates.
Support the procurement of marketing collaterals and promotional items for career outreach events, internships, and scholarships.
Assist in recruitment operations and administrative tasks as assigned by the Assistant Director, Recruitment.

Requirements

Singaporean only.
Knowledge or experience in recruitment and marketing would be advantageous.
Minimum Diploma holders.
Experienced in the storyboarding, editing and filming of clips would be advantageous.
