What You'll Do

First Point of Contact: Act as the go-to HR partner for team members, addressing day-to-day people-related questions and concerns with high-quality solutions.
Employee Engagement & Retention: Assist with surveys, feedback collection, and organizing impactful employee events to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
Policy & Benefit Support: Respond to employee inquiries about policies, benefits, and work arrangements, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes (conduct exit interviews and oversee proper handover coordination).
Manager Collaboration: Partner with managers to offer guidance on employee relations, performance feedback, and career development planning.
Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator for employee concerns or conflicts, ensuring fair, professional, and respectful outcomes.
HR Program Implementation: Support the rollout of HR programs and initiatives that align with company goals and enhance employee well-being.
Event Coordination: Plan and execute employee events and corporate activities to strengthen the team culture.
Learning & Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and track participation to ensure the professional growth of team members.

What You Bring

3–4 years of general HR experience, with at least 2 years in a People Partner or similar role.
Prior experience supporting a team of 50+ employees, with hands-on involvement in various HR tasks.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems (experience with Rippling is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and ability to take ownership of tasks independently.

Steps Of The Selection Process

Screening Interview (45 minutes) – Initial conversation with a recruiter.
Test Assignment (2 days) – Complete a task to showcase your skills.
Final Interview (Up to 60 minutes) – Meet with the HR Director and Head of Recruitment for an in-depth discussion, including a presentation of your test assignment.
Interview with Department Heads (Optional) – Additional discussion with relevant department leaders, if needed.
Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
