US Head of Talent

Salary: $150,000 base + bonus

Location: NYC or Dallas

Our client is a leading staffing & talent solutions firm with a strong presence in the USA.

With a remarkable growth trajectory, having expanded across multiple US offices and delivering exceptional services through niche specialized brands.

They want to appoint a US Head of Talent to oversee a dynamic team, driving strategic growth and talent acquisition for their rapidly expanding operations.

The US Head of Talent will be a strategic leader responsible for managing a team of 14 Talent Acquisition professionals across their offices.

The role will primarily focus on recruiting top-tier graduates (100 per quarter) and experienced professionals (10-15 per quarter), partnering closely with leadership to enhance talent pipelines and foster business growth. This role offers significant opportunities for career advancement, including equity ownership and a chance to directly impact business strategy.

The US Head of Talent will:

Lead and mentor a team of 14 Talent Acquisition professionals, providing strategic direction and fostering a high-performance culture.
Manage recruitment efforts for both graduates and experienced professionals, ensuring a steady talent pipeline across multiple sectors.
Work closely with senior leadership, including business partners, to align talent acquisition strategies with the company’s long-term goals.
Play a pivotal role in driving business development initiatives and identifying new client opportunities.
Contribute to the company's vision of becoming a leader across the staffing market in the USA.

Essential Skills:

Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and leadership within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Expertise in managing large teams, ideally with multi-office experience.
Ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies across diverse sectors.
Strong business acumen, with a keen understanding of aligning talent strategies with organizational goals.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
