We are seeking a motivated & detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team on a 1-year contract. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in human resources.

The HR Executive will play a crucial role in sourcing candidates, facilitating onboarding processes, and supporting various HR initiatives.

Given that this is a contractual entry level opportunity, the CTC offered is INR 15,000 / month.

Office location - JP Nagar, 6th Phase.

We follow 5 day work from office (8.30 AM - 5.30 PM)

About the Role

Primary Responsibilities

Sourcing Candidates (80%)

Utilize platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals to identify and source potential candidates based on specific job requirements.
Screen resumes / shortlist candidates & collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs

Onboarding and Engagement Activities (15%)

Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company, conduct orientation sessions

Additional Projects and Actionable Tasks (5%)

Support the HR team in administrative tasks and documentation related to recruitment and onboarding.
Assist in various HR projects as needed.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in HR, BBA or a related field.

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

Familiarity with recruitment platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn is a plus.
