Job Description

The Executive/Senior Executive, Workplace Experience, plays a pivotal role in designing and creating positive experiences across key employee lifecycle moments that matter. A positive workplace experience and environment drive productivity and innovation, improve services, aid retention, and create a great employer brand to attract new talents.

Employee Experience

Design employee experience frameworks
Review policies and practices, assess their impact on the employee experience and develop interventions where required
Create programmes and approaches that positively impact the employee experience from the start of the employment journey
Design ways to improve the organisation culture and build a culture of trust

Employee Engagement and Communication

Create ways to measure and assess employee engagement
Create tools and approaches to enhance employee engagement
Hold meetings with employees and managers to understand team dynamics and needs
Develop communication materials and design communication approaches to give employees a voice in the organisation

Employer Branding

Design ways to strengthen and promote Montfort Care employer branding

Analysis and Measurement of Impact

Analyse and present survey and data results to management team
Monitor and measure the impact and outcome of programmes

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Psychology or a related/equivalent field

Other Information

Relevant Experience:

At least 3 years of working experience. Experience in Organisation Development/Communications/Human Resource is a plus

Competencies:

People-Oriented, good interpersonal and relation building skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Analytical ability & problem-solving skills to analyse information quickly and accurately, and formulate decisions and make recommendations
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with various IT platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective report writing skills
