Job Description

The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process, building talent pipelines, and fostering relationships with hiring managers and external staffing agencies.
This role involves guiding senior executives in hiring decisions, managing the offer process, and expanding campus recruitment efforts.

Required Skills

Proven experience working with senior executives and providing strategic hiring guidance.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to assess and pivot based on hiring needs.
Extensive background in creative industries and a deep understanding of the business.
Established network within creative agencies to source top talent.
Experience collaborating with and managing external staffing agencies.
Ability to build and manage talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Desired Skills

Experience in executive-level hiring and talent strategy.
Background in campus recruitment and early career hiring programs.
Ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies and improve processes.

Compensation

Salary:$180000-$200000/Year
