Novelship is looking for a People Partner to join our People Team. In this role, you will manage a range of HR functions, including end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and strategic process improvements. This is a dynamic opportunity to play a key role in building a vibrant and people-first work environment while supporting the company's rapid growth across multiple markets.

Responsibilities:

Implement HR strategic plans, tactics, and projects to meet organizational goals.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles.
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding, including new hire orientation, exit surveys, and interviews.
Provide advisory to stakeholders, helping guide HR-related decision-making and improvements.
Lead and initiate employee engagement activities to promote a positive work culture.
Contribute to employer branding efforts to enhance the company's presence in local and global talent markets.
Assist HR colleagues in performance management, compensation and benefits cycles, and talent reviews.
Drive and support key HR projects and initiatives to improve policies and overall HR efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment (start-up and multinational experience preferred).
Experience in recruiting across different markets is preferred.
Experience in employer branding, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with a commitment to staying up-to-date on changes.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and challenging work environment.
