To support the growth and innovation of our Marketing Department, we are seeking a dynamic and talented Brand Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate on the development of the annual Marketing Communication Strategy.
Design and implement comprehensive ATL/BTL campaigns and projects, including 360-degree marketing initiatives, tactical campaigns, digital activations, sponsorships, and events.
Lead the creation of ad briefs, creative strategy processes, production of assets, and campaign execution across media and digital platforms.
Oversee the development and execution of Social Media Strategies.
Manage Google Ads planning, budgeting, and execution.
Conduct market analysis, competition reviews, and business insight generation while managing market research initiatives.
Take ownership of Marketing Communication Budget Management for assigned projects.
Develop detailed reports and analyze KPIs for all marketing communication activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
2–4 years of proven experience as a Brand Manager, ideally within a fast-paced commercial sector.
Strong ability to navigate and excel in complex business environments.
Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Proficiency in English (written and verbal communication).
Strategic marketing mindset with a passion for innovation and creativity.
