Your Day-to-Day

Recruitment Management

Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Lead hiring initiatives and collaborate with leaders to meet talent needs.

Sourcing & Metrics

Develop innovative sourcing strategies and leverage tools to attract top talent.
Track recruitment metrics and refine strategies based on data insights.

People & Culture Initiatives

Lead L&D programs, deliver trainings
Support employee relations and foster an inclusive, engaged workplace.

Tools & Technology

Optimize recruitment systems and other tools to improve efficiency

We are a Good Match if You Have:

Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Strong project and time management skills
Strong communication interpersonal and relationship-building skills (cultural awareness and emotional intelligence)
A willingness to explore and grow into leading learning and development initiatives
Curiosity to deepen knowledge in employee relations and HR best practices
Fluency in English

Super Awesome if You Have:

Familiarity with HR analytics or workforce planning.
Experience in designing employee engagement programs
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and talent acquisition tools
