You’ll take full ownership of planning, executing, and managing influencer campaigns for various client accounts. In this role, you will build strong relationships with influencers, oversee content creation, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable results aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Management & Collaboration:

Identify, scout, and secure influencers and creators who align with client goals and brand values.
Build long-term relationships with influencers, fostering authentic collaborations and ensuring seamless execution.
Negotiate contracts with precision and professionalism for various campaigns.

Campaign Execution:

Own the process, from initial planning and outreach to final reporting, ensuring influencer campaigns hit all the right notes.
Prepare and manage influencer briefings with clear guidelines to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and brand messaging.
Track every detail—deadlines, deliverables, and outcomes—with laser focus, ensuring high-quality output.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Track and analyze influencer campaign performance and translate it into insights that matter using tools like Google Sheets and Docs.
Provide regular updates and insights to clients, offering actionable recommendations for future campaigns.

YOU

Experience & Expertise:

Proven experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or related fields.
A deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and performance metrics.

Skills & Attributes:

Organized & Results-Oriented: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Communication Savvy: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive & Creative: A proactive and creative mindset to develop impactful influencer collaborations that resonate with diverse audiences.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in tools such as Google Suite, Asana, and Slack for reporting and collaboration.
