Vive Management is an established and leading influencer + digital-led marketing agency located in Rosebery, Sydney. We are a fast-paced and dynamic company that is continually growing due to demand. We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Manager to join our team!

You will work autonomously whilst leading and developing a small team to execute responsibilities.

Purpose

In this role, your primary objective will be to secure and coordinate deals for the talent within your portfolio, while also devising strategies to enhance their profiles. Cultivating partnerships with both the talent and the brands as they collaborate will be a key focus. You will be responsible for ensuring a steady stream of brand collaborations to meet revenue targets and foster team growth. This entails proactive engagement with new and existing brands and agencies to forge new partnerships on behalf of our talent.

In addition, you’ll work closely with, and lead our exceptional team of Talent Managers to develop a high performance culture and support their professional growth. Your leadership will help cultivate a collaborative and thriving team environment that you’ll look forward to being part of every day.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Management

Continuously scout for suitable creators and industry-relevant talent to enrich our roster.
Oversee and expand the portfolio of talented individuals.
Secure and coordinate compelling brand collaborations for our talent.
Negotiation and optimise fee structures along with contract and invoice management.
Provide clear content briefs to talent. Evaluate all content to ensure alignment with brief and brand standards.
Manage talent inquiries, share rate cards and media kits. Initiate outreach to brands for new partnership opportunities, including upselling possibilities.
Offer guidance and growth strategies to nurture talent career trajectories.
Attend events with talent to network within the industry.

Leadership

Lead and develop talent managers.
Research trends, emerging markets, evolving technology and identify opportunities to innovate in the space.
Cultivate strong relationships with brands, agencies, and talent.

Operational

Competently manage financial forecasting and budgets.
Report on performance against KPI’s and team performance.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and/or revenue growth.
Be accountable for consistently growing the VIVE online community and elevating the content and storytelling for all social media channels.
Assist in the integration and onboarding of new talent

Required Skills and Experience / What We Are Looking For Experience:

At least 3 years in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities (marketing, talent management, PR, social media)

Skills:

Knowledge and experience in Social Media and Social Media trends
Excellent time management skills to manage multiple campaigns.
Proven people leadership experience.
Attention to detail and highly organised.
Excellent interpersonal skills creating strong professional relationships - must be adept at networking.
An excellent writer with a professional email manner, skilled at composing a message in accordance with the brand.
Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
