About The Role

Decagon is looking to hire a Recruiting Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in ensuring our talent acquisition processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to create a seamless recruitment experience while helping us scale our organization with world-class talent.

You May Be a Good Fit If You

Have 1+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar support role within a fast-paced organization
Are exceptionally organized and able to handle multiple tasks, schedules, and stakeholders simultaneously
Excel at communication, both written and verbal, and have a strong ability to engage professionally with candidates and internal teams
Take initiative, thrive in dynamic environments, and are passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences

Even Better If You

Are familiar with tools like Greenhouse, Ashby, or similar ATS platforms
Have successfully coordinated large-scale hiring initiatives or hiring events
Use data and analytics to identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency
Are enthusiastic about building processes and collaborating to streamline recruiting workflows
