The Digital Marketing Manager role is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the Company’s products, services and brand. This role involves a mix of strategic and hands-on tasks, from content creation and campaign management to data analysis and coordination with other departments. The Marketing Executive plays a key role in helping drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement.

The Digital Marketing Manager plays a vital role in supporting the overall marketing strategy, ensuring that campaigns are executed effectively to drive engagement, build brand awareness, and support business growth.

Key Accountabilities

Assist in the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy across all PEXA UK brands (PEXA, Optima, Smoove, Amity Law, and Legal Eye).
Manage and implement day-to-day digital marketing activities, including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, social media, and content marketing.
Work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive and Salesforce (CRM) team to ensure alignment of digital campaigns with CRM strategies.
Monitor and optimise performance across digital channels to ensure delivery of KPIs such as traffic growth, lead generation, and conversions.
Create and manage digital marketing calendars, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and content across platforms.
Analyse campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with the product, sales, and customer service teams to optimise the digital customer journey.
Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies and vendors to maximise results.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, recommending innovative approaches to drive growth.

Skills & Experience

Industry: Must have experience in the proptech or conveyancing tech space with extensive B2B marketing experience
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing roles, including managing a team and or strategy
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously, with keen attention to detail and deadlines.
Marketing Administration Experience: Previous experience in marketing administration or support roles, with a solid understanding of marketing workflows and processes.
Event Coordination: Experience in coordinating logistics for events, bookings, and merchandise, ensuring smooth execution of event-related activities.
Proficiency in Digital Tools: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, content management systems, and file management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Google Drive) to help organise and track marketing activities.
Budget Tracking: Experience with tracking marketing budgets and ensuring expenses are documented accurately for project management.
