Designation :- Assistant Manager - HR

Key responsibilities:-

1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.

2. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues. Support the resolution of employee grievances and disciplinary matters. Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.

3. HR Administration: Prepare and maintain HR documents, such as employment contracts and employee handbooks. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.

4. Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process and employee development programs. Support managers in identifying training needs and coordinating relevant training sessions.

5. Compensation and Benefits: Provide information and support regarding compensation and benefits programs. Assist in conducting salary reviews and benchmarking.

6. HR Reporting and Metrics: Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review. Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Employee 7. Engagement and Welfare: Organize employee engagement activities and events. Promote employee health and wellness programs.
