As we grow, we are looking for a dynamic Influencer Manager who is proficient in AI tools and automation to help scale our influencer operations and effectively communicate influencer needs to our product and development teams.

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Influencer Manager to join our team at Layla.ai. This individual will be responsible for managing, scaling, and optimizing relationships with influencers who align with our brand and mission. You will utilize AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, develop scalable processes for influencer management, and maintain high-quality engagement with multiple influencers. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between influencers, the marketing team, and product developers to ensure influencer feedback is incorporated into the development of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Relationship Management:

Identify, onboard, and manage a diverse range of influencers within the travel, AI, and tech industries.
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with influencers and their teams to drive engagement and brand advocacy.
Monitor and track influencer performance, ensuring deliverables meet expectations, timelines, and KPIs.
Ensure influencers are regularly updated on new product features and opportunities for collaboration.

Scaling Influencer Operations:

Implement and optimize AI-powered tools and automation systems to scale influencer outreach, management, and tracking.
Develop standardized workflows and processes for influencer engagement that can be easily scaled as the program grows.
Use data and insights to improve influencer management processes and campaigns, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaboration with Product & Development Teams:

Serve as the main point of contact between influencers and internal teams (marketing, product, and development).
Collect and analyze feedback from influencers to inform product development and enhancements.
Translate influencer needs and feedback into actionable insights for product teams to incorporate into platform features.
Work closely with product teams to ensure influencers’ experiences align with platform capabilities and improvements.

Data-Driven Performance Reporting:

Track and report on influencer campaign performance, using data-driven insights to improve future campaigns.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on influencer campaign outcomes, trends, and influencer engagement metrics.

Strategic Planning and Content Development:

Collaborate with the content team to create engaging, shareable content that resonates with influencers' audiences and aligns with Layla.ai’s brand voice.
Develop influencer-driven marketing strategies that leverage AI insights to personalize content and improve audience targeting.

Market Research & Trend Analysis:

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing, AI technologies, and the travel tech space to identify new opportunities and best practices.
Identify new influencer marketing channels and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the AI, tech, or travel sectors.
Proven experience using AI tools and automation platforms to scale influencer campaigns.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers.
Skills & Proficiency:
Strong understanding of AI technologies, automation tools, and how they can be leveraged in influencer marketing.
Expertise in social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and influencer campaign management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with influencers and internal teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and influencers simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:

Passion for AI, technology, and travel is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with a high degree of autonomy.
