Are you ready to take your HR career to the next level? From Claire Joster we’re looking for a talented HR Generalist who is eager to grow into a HR Business Partner (HRBP) role with our team at a leading industrial manufacturing company in the Greater Chicago area.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, supplier management, and ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations. You’ll also play a key part in implementing group policies locally at our manufacturing plant. Payroll will be managed by a third-party provider, allowing you to focus on strategic HR activities that drive employee satisfaction and business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
Administer benefits, including retirement plans and health insurance.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Support supplier management related to HR services.
Implement group HR policies and adapt them to local needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with knowledge in payroll, taxes, benefits, and compliance (payroll managed by a third-party).
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
