Position Overview

The role will focus on leveraging data management and analytics tools to provide actionable insights and improve HR strategies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tableau/ Google Suite/ Microsoft 365 and other data visualization and analytical platforms, as well as a strong understanding of HR processes as well as HR/IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management

Collect, clean, and maintain HR-related data from multiple sources ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Data Studio), and other analytics tools.
Organize and optimize data storage for HR analytics purposes.

Data Analysis and Insights

Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee demographics, performance, retention, and engagement.
Support decision-making by providing data-driven insights on recruitment, compensation, performance management, and employee satisfaction.
Conduct predictive and prescriptive analysis to anticipate future workforce needs.

Reporting and Visualization

Create user-friendly dashboards and reports for key stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Ensure timely delivery of customized reports for HR leadership and other business units.
Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Collaboration

Partner with HR teams to identify data needs and define metrics for success.
Work closely with IT and data teams to improve data systems and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align HR analytics initiatives accordingly.

Compliance and Security

Ensure all data handling adheres to company policies and legal compliance, including GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of employee data and analytics outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in HR analytics, data management, or a related role.

Skills and Competencies

Proficiency in Tableau, Google Suite (Sheets, Data Studio), and other data visualization tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in handling large datasets.
Knowledge of SQL or similar database query languages is a plus.
Understanding of HR metrics such as employee turnover, retention, and engagement.
Excellent communication skills to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
