About the Role:

As a Branding Associate at AdviceOne, you will be a member of a detail-oriented team in an ever-evolving environment. Your responsibilities will include aiding in the facilitation of brand recognition, consistency, and digital marketing strategy. Additional responsibilities include:

Graphic design and video editing
Using data analytics to make strategic marketing decisions
Draft and edit content for marketing materials
Assist in website development and maintenance including generating blog content
Relationship building with clients, prospective clients and vendors
Heavy client interaction both over the phone and in-person
Cleaning and setting up for appointments throughout the day

This is a hybrid position, with the current requirement to be in our Glastonbury, CT office once a week. This position requires up to 2 evenings per week, one in person and one virtual. This creates flexibility in your schedule for the remainder of the week to ensure a total of 40 hours for a healthy work/life balance. When not in the office, you will be set up to work from home with full functionality.

BA/BS degree in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Marketing or equivalent
3 plus years of marketing experience (Branding preferred)
Strong project management skills
Polished, outgoing personality
Demonstrated commitment to continual improvement
Ability to multi-task
Excellent phone and communication skills
Proficient in Canva, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Adobe Photoshop
Familiar with video editing
Experience with wordpress preferred
