What you will do:

Develop and Lead a Strategic Recruitment Function:
Build and manage a high-performing recruitment team capable of supporting Zafran’s growth objectives.
Design and implement recruitment processes, systems, and tools to ensure efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
Hands-On Player-Coach Responsibilities:
Actively engage in sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and managing scheduling for key positions, especially during high-priority hiring cycles.

Demonstrated ability to design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies, including sourcing, candidate experience, and employer branding, while managing competing priorities effectively.
Collaboration with Business Leadership:
Experience partnering with cross-functional leaders to align hiring initiatives with business objectives, provide interview training, and improve hiring processes.
Expertise in Employer Branding:
