Reporting to the Headquarters Human Capital Management Director based in Hong Kong, the incumbent is responsible for providing end-to-end HR services and end-to-end recruitment for designated departments.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Recruitment - Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including but not limited to sourcing, engaging & managing candidate relationships, attracting & outreaching talents via different recruitment channels and recruitment partners. This is the primary focus of the role.
Business Partnering - Be the first point of contact to assigned departments and provide all-rounded HR services.
Manpower Planning - Manage the manpower plan and the full recruitment and selection process for assigned departments
HR Daily Operations - Ensure timely & quality delivery of HR services from pre-onboarding to offboarding.
HR Projects - Assist department head and/or partner with Centre of Excellence to execute various HR Projects such as Management Trainee / Management Executive Program, Job Fairs, Annual Salary Review Exercise and Bonus payment, etc.
Handle ad-hoc duties as requested
Requirements
University graduate in HRM or related disciplines
A minimum of 8 years’ solid relevant HR experience ideally with at least 2-3 years' gained from recruitment agencies.
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislations
Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility
Detailed oriented, well organized and with strong analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills both English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
A self-started, perseverance with positive mindset, good team player and fast-paced
