A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:

Creating programmes to foster a positive work environment for every single employee
Developing creative ways to inspire and motivate the team to provide exceptional guest and employee experience
Welcoming and orienting new members of the hotel
Establishing effective recruitment plans and channels to attract talents
Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employee laws, policies and procedures
Supporting and administering an annual team member satisfaction survey

What We need from you:

A bachelor's degree in human resources, hospitality management or the equivalent
A minimum of 8 years’ solid work experience in hotel human resources team, with at least 2 years at managerial role
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment related laws is a must
Proactive, agile and creative
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to engage and influence a wide variety of key stakeholders
Strong planning and organising skills, multi-tasking abilities and attention to details
Proficient in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must, speaking and writing; speak any other languages is an advantage
