The role:

This is a 360 role from sourcing prospects all the way up to closing the deals, so a

proven background in new business is key. As an Account Executive, you will be the key driver in acquiring and signing up new customers and turning them into happy partners of Socially Recruited by helping them achieve their recruitment and employer branding goals.

Ideal Profile:

A proven new business hunter (3+ years)
A proven track record of achieving sales targets
A driven individual who wants to be part of a team who are going to change the future of recruitment
A willingness to learn and succeed
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate
Excellent organisational skills, with great attention to detail
Excellent presentation skills
Be able to listen, challenge and communicate to a high standard.
