As we venture into this exciting phase, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to spearhead the establishment of our Japanese arm.

Overview of the role

The Country Manager will play a pivotal role in building and leading our presence in the Japanese market. Crucially the role will{{:}}

Position Tokamak Energy as the design and technology partner of choice for fusion market entry in Japan
Manage strategic partnerships (eg industrial, national laboratories, research institutions) and relationships (eg government, local communities) across diverse stakeholders;
Identify emerging revenue opportunities from HTS magnets for Japanese market
Gather, analyse and share market intelligence for Japan and wider Asia-Pacific region
Collaborating closely with our UK headquarters to ensure seamless integration and successful expansion
