About the Role

We are seeking an Internal Communication Manager to play a crucial role in fostering a positive and transparent communication culture within the Group. Your mission is to ensure that all employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute actively to global transformation projects and organize internal and change communication activities, including planning, content creation, publishing, implementation, and evaluation.
Create engaging stories around business topics for intranet articles and videos.
Collaborate with the global Stäubli communication network to plan communication activities and source stories.
Prepare presentations and newsletters for management.
Contribute to the Employer Branding Strategy/EVP and implement dedicated communication activities.
Organize internal events.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of professional experience in internal communication, change communication, or content creation.
Full proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Creativity and storytelling abilities.
Hands-on, can-do attitude combined with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.
Strong listening skills.
Planning and organizational skills; event management experience is a plus.
Digital literacy: Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint); familiarity with content management systems, AI-powered content creation tools, Adobe Creative Suite, and Clipchamp is a plus.
