Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy, ensuring effective management of human resources functions, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of HR systems and processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organisational goals.
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews using ATS systems such as Taleo or Workday.
Oversee employee onboarding and training programmes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company.
Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on best practices in human resource management.
Conduct data analysis to inform HR decisions and improve workforce efficiency.
Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Address employee relations issues by fostering open communication and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
Collaborate with management to develop strategies for talent retention and employee engagement initiatives.

Experience

Proven experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a managerial capacity.
Familiarity with HR software such as PeopleSoft, Workday, or other HRIS platforms is essential.
Strong data analysis skills to interpret workforce metrics and inform decision-making processes.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organisation.
Demonstrated ability to supervise teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A thorough understanding of employment law and best practices in human resources management is highly desirable.
