Responsibilities:·

Lead the creation and implementation of forward-thinking HR strategies that align with the company’s overarching business goals. Partner with senior leadership to ensure HR initiatives drive organizational growth and performance.
Serve as a key strategic partner to the leadership team, translating high-level business goals into actionable HR initiatives. Work closely with department heads to identify HR solutions that support the specific needs of each business unit, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
Design and implement employee development programs that support leadership pipelines and enhance career growth. Foster an engaged workforce by creating programs that support professional growth and align with the company’s values and culture.
Direct the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with organizational objectives. Ensure that these programs effectively attract and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Address employee concerns and maintain open lines of communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring a collaborative, respectful, and productive environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
10+ years of experience leading and managing a large HR team, with the ability to provide strategic direction.
Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with senior management to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop HR professionals, creating a high-performing HR team.
Proactive and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills.
